The Earth at Night - illustrated globe

The Earth at Night is an illustrated globe created for Poppik, revealing the geography of our planet through light.

By day, the globe presents the familiar contours of continents and oceans. In the dark, inhabited regions emerge, tracing a luminous map of human presence across the Earth.

Atelier Cartographik brought together cartography, illustration and visual storytelling to create a geographic object that is both educational and poetic — inviting children to discover the world from a different perspective.
